Safwan AlModhayan is the working Latin rendering of the Arabic identity صفوان المضيان. This site is an editorial space for examining how technology changes decisions, institutions, and public life.

The work here follows questions that become more urgent when technology moves from demonstration to use: Who defines the problem? Which evidence counts? Where does responsibility sit when a system influences a decision?
